We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and creative PR & Communications Specialist, who will help us share our mission, elevate our brand, and build strong relationships across the startup and VC ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
• Craft Our Voice
Write clear, compelling, and purpose-driven content in Czech and English – including press releases, blog posts, website copy, social media content, and case studies.
• Lead External Communications
Coordinate communication strategies with PR agencies, journalists, partners, and portfolio startups to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
• Produce Impactful Events
Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events that showcase our work, engage our community, and elevate the visibility of sustainable innovation.
• Shape Our Brand Messaging
Ensure all communications reflect our values and brand, with a strong focus on sustainability, impact, and innovation.
• Be Our Sustainability Storyteller
Help us tell the story of how our startups are solving global challenges – and position Soulmates as a leader in sustainable venture building.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
• Native-level Czech and fluent English (C1 or higher)
• Excellent writing skills and experience with bilingual copywriting
• Hands-on experience managing events – ideally in the startup, tech, or VC sector
• A strong grasp of the startup/VC ecosystem and passion for sustainability
• Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
• Bonus: Experience in video production or editing
